1.- The breakfast was sublime, their croissant are amazing and the price of it is super reasonable. 2.- The location of this place is magnificent, close to the metro and also to bus line 69 which goes through the main sights of the city center. 3.- The cleaning of the room was amazing and they did everyday. 4.- The reception was super efficient in responding to any of my requests. 5.- The TV worked well, with a good variety of channels. 6.- Internet was reasonably fast and easy to connect to. 7.- The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the view of the window was really nice.

We have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels around the world. But when we had two days left at the Disneyland hotel in Paris, we wanted to try something new. And we were lucky to enter La Finca in Paris. Super nice and very helpful staff and owner. The hotel room was clean, fresh and cozy and they had a hot tub and steam sauna down in the basement. Good breakfast and good drinks. The place is absolutely perfect and close to everything. Really recommend this hotel and it will be our place next time we travel down to Paris again.

Really cute hotel, nice room and nice cafe downstairs. That even serve really nice decaf, dairy free cappuccinos!! The staff was so helpful, and they went out of their way to make us happy. The steam room was broken when we arrived, and that was one of the only reason we booked the hotel - and to resolve our disappointment they fed us on the house! Would definitely come back again, thank you!

Really friendly, English speaking staff. Hotel was a great location in a quiet street with a small supermarket next door for yummy french treats to take into the city for lunch and snacks. Great location, just 5 min walk from Bastille Metro with 10 min tube/metro train right into centre - Lourve etc. Or we walked too - 30 mins on foot from centre. We had a simple basket of local French breads and cakes with pastries, Jam and honey for breakfast and it was delicious. Would stay again. Loved spa for tired legs after a day of exploring.

La finca hotel and SPA is an amazing place to stay for couple of days. the hotel is nicely located in the middle of the city, but in a calm and central street, that gives you access to multiple touristic places, its 5 min walk from the multiple metro stations. In addition the hotel has a nice bar/restaurant with cool vibes, and surprisingly does affect the quietness in the room. the bar tender is great and super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!!

The SPA facilities were lovely, and the fact it is so close to the Subway - a little walk down to the Bastille and you are right at the main line towards Notre Dame, Louvre, Tuilleries, Champs Elisées, and Arc de Triomphe - really was a plus. The bed was super confortable, and the space, though small, was cleverly used.

Friendly, open and interesting people work here. Very small room by US standards but had everything I needed. New bathroom fixtures, very comfy bed, plus looked out on greenery and street. Surprisingly quiet, love the neighborhood, grocery across the street, fabulous Sunday Market right across the boulevard. Oooh La La! Would stay here again.

We stayed at La Finca for 3 nights in August with our 2 daughters who are 15 and 17 and really loved it. The whole place is really thoughtfully designed and just feels loved and really clean and well maintained. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, breakfast was great and good value compared with what is on offer in many similar places in Paris. Sure the rooms are pretty small, but we were staying in one of the world's great cities so weren't too fussed about spending time in the room and we know that a big room in a big city tends to come with a big price-tag.... As the hotel is in a reasonably central location, the streets outside can be noisy - but the windows were good at keeping out the noise and the air-con was super quiet. So if we were there during the day we kept the windows open and enjoyed hearing the buzz of city life outside, and at night... just shut the windows and enjoyed the quiet. Great place. There are some really excellent restaurants nearby (especially Aujourd'hui Demain just down the road), and a number of Metro stations on different lines within a short walk. Just a great place. Would highly recommend.
